to make it less messy, another post on the 30 hour famine. info, etc.
its a 2-day camp, 14-15 june 2008. the price is $30 (increased. T.T), inclusive of activities, food and refreshments throughout the 30 hours. games and simulations of global poverty will be held throughout the 30 hours, and there will be a local community service project held on the second day. after the 30 hours, everyone will break fast together.
we can sign up with our school (i'll ask mrs chua about it), or sign up ourselves. regardless, the price will remain at $30 (unless by some miracle the school can subsidise, which i think is impossible). however, we can also sign up (individually) as game masters (17 and above) or general helpers (15 and above); if so, you must be free on 31/5, sat for game masters (for pre-camp training), and on the actual camp dates, 14-15/6, sat-sun, FULL DAY.

yup. i really encourage everyone to take part in this event, as its quite meaningful.
